Denton Weeks, he is the guy who “visited” Nathan in Epi. 11. He was the Deputy Director of NSA according to Alicia’s introduction. That was in year 2005.
But in Epi. 22, the Deputy Director of NAS become a different guy:

What happened to Weeks?

…or he was framed and killed because his knowing about the Machine (just like Peck in Epi. 22)
I think I’m gonna go with that… what else could have riled up Alicia to the point of that heart-attack-look?
